Remodeling is a tough business. Most people perceive contractors as uneducated flakes and sloppy workers. This stereotype is something I have personally worked to dispel since becoming involved in construction business in 1995.

My solution is to go overboard in the other direction, offering a level of service and organization that, I believe, should be standard in any service business. Even though we are constantly juggling the unique work habits and personalities of each worker and craftsman,

I think we are closer than just about anyone else in achieving our goal to run our company with a workforce that can deliver “European Quality Standard”.

Seaboard Construction specializes in high-end residential remodels and custom homes. Whether we are supervising a small remodel, or building a custom estate, our success stems largely from a fanatical devotion to three factors: organization, communication and quality control.

All Seaboard jobs are running on a schedule from the beginning to completion. Change orders are generated by the supervisor at the job site. In short, we go to extraordinary lengths to insure that each job flows smoothly and efficiently.

This unwavering attention to the business side of building benefits everyone: The architect sees a final product that follows the spirit of the original vision, the subcontractors get in and out with no down time, and the client knows exactly what the job will cost and precisely when it will be finished.

Of course, being especially good at managing a construction job means very little if you don't have the expertise to actually build it. Seaboard Construction is experienced in constructing a broad range of architectural styles.

We can accurately translate an owner's vision even if it does not follow a traditional "style." We have built homes on all types of plots including difficult hillside locations.
