C’est Palai House with Private Pool is unique as not one of the houses is the same design.  The development of C’est Palai Village is all completed and the maturity of the gardens gives an atmosphere of permanency which is enjoyed by the international community living in the Village. The 200m² L-shaped, two storey, two bedroom Thai-style house is set in 92 tarang wah of tropical gardens.  Privacy is assured as the house borders only one neighbour.   Although the gentle east winds bring welcome coolness on hot evenings, the 9 x 4 m pool is still an essential in Thailand. Five air conditioning units and a battery of roof mounted fans ensure that the interior of the house remains cool. The house has fitted storage units in the lounge and master bedroom and the exterior storeroom/workshop is a useful facility. The European kitchen is fully equipped with gas hob, electric oven and extractor, fridge freezer and beer fridge. There is a separate laundry equipped with washing machine & dryer.   Peace of mind is guaranteed by the fully monitored home security system, fitted by European Security Concepts, which complements the security guards who are on duty 24 hours a day. Outside, the car port has a remotely operated gate and easy garden maintenance is ensure by the Rainbird automatic irrigation system which allows you time to relax on the terrace and enjoy the sound of the waterfall tinkling gently into the pool! The house is available for rent on a long term basis only at 50,000 Baht per month.
