Jomtien Condotel Building A   Here is an option to rent your own slice of Paradise. Located in a quiet yet very central part of Jomtien is the Jomtien Condotel. There is direct access to Dongtan Beach (probably the best beach in town) and the esplanade which allows a leisurely walk into town along the beachfront. Baht buses are located a few minutes’ walk away, which take you to Pattaya for a minimal charge. There’s also a local western supermarket close by, and the airport bus terminal. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with balcony on the Jomtien side of the building. There is a good sized open-plan kitchen and living area. The bedroom is a good size with a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom.   The complex has a large swimming pool, children’s playground, restaurant, tennis court and 24-hour security. Minimum 12 month contract.
